Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for The Primary Health Network in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience.
Annual quality and productivity bonus.
Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000.
403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match.
Annual tuition reimbursement up to $2,500.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Practice with clinical autonomy while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and support personnel.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
