Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents.
Perform well-child exams, preventive care, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up.
Educate families on child development, nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention.
Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team to coordinate high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the electronic medical record system.
Build long-term relationships with children and families within a mission-driven community health organization.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary from $178,500-$206,500.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical license. Active DEA registration or ability to obtain. Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care. Strong communication and patient education skills. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. New graduates and experienced Pediatricians are welcome.
