Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician for Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care exclusively for adult patients.
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services.
Practice with 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week.
Maintain a sustainable patient volume averaging 2–3 patients per hour.
Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, nursing, care management, and specialty providers to deliver coordinated care.
Utilize established workflows and electronic medical records to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary of $294,694.40.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure. Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment. Experience providing comprehensive outpatient adult primary care. Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Commitment to relationship-based, community-focused care. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
