Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Lee, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages within a community-focused practice.
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services across the lifespan.
Develop long-term patient relationships while promoting preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
Collaborate with behavioral health providers, nursing, care coordinators, and specialty physicians to deliver integrated care.
Participate in a limited shared call rotation with one weekend approximately every eight weeks and additional call stipend.
Practice within an established outpatient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.
