Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) for LliBott Consultorios Medicos in Greensboro, North Carolina.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients ages 17 and older within a financially stable, physician-led practice.
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness.
Perform office-based procedures including joint injections, toenail removals, incision and drainage, minor surgical procedures, and urgent care interventions when qualified.
Manage approximately 20-25 patients daily with dedicated administrative time built into your weekly schedule.
Complete administrative responsibilities remotely while working alongside an experienced clinical support team.
Provide culturally competent care to a large Spanish-speaking patient population.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary from $110,000-$130,000.
Annual profit sharing of approximately $15,000-$20,000.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina. Minimum one year of Nurse Practitioner experience. Fluent Spanish speaking required. DEA registration or ability to obtain. Experience performing outpatient procedures including joint injections, minor surgeries, incision and drainage, toenail removal, or urgent care procedures preferred. Strong communication and patient education skills.
