Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) for LliBott Consultorios Medicos in Greensboro, North Carolina.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients ages 17 and older in a well-established, financially stable practice.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventative care and long-term wellness.
Perform office-based procedures including joint injections, toenail removals, incision and drainage, minor surgical procedures, and urgent care interventions when qualified.
See approximately 20-25 patients per day with dedicated administrative time built into the schedule.
Complete administrative responsibilities remotely while collaborating with an experienced clinical support team.
Deliver culturally competent care to a large Spanish-speaking patient population.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary from $110,000-$130,000.
Annual profit sharing of approximately $15,000-$20,000.
