Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice and Palliative Care of Martha's Vineyard in Tisbury, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide compassionate hospice and palliative nursing care for patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Martha's Vineyard.
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and coordinate services with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and hospice team members.
Educate patients and families on symptom management, disease progression, medications, and end-of-life care.
Deliver comfort-focused nursing interventions while supporting patients and loved ones through every stage of the hospice journey.
Maintain accurate documentation while collaborating within an experienced interdisciplinary hospice team.
Become part of a respected nonprofit hospice dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the island community.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary from $85,000-$97,000.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum two years of hospice, oncology, home health, or closely related nursing experience. Excellent assessment, communication, and end-of-life care skills. Ability to work independently throughout home and facility settings. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered hospice care.
