As an LPN, you will provide health screening, coordination of health referrals, and work in close collaboration with prescribers and staff in the Adult and Child/Family Clinics, PROS and Crisis programs under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other authorized health care provider.
Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license from the NYS Department of Education. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to use electronic database management systems are required.
