Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Community Counseling Solutions in Hermiston, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults within an established community mental health program.
Complete behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, individual and family therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
Coordinate care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.
Maintain timely clinical documentation while practicing independently within your scope of licensure.
Support patients through evidence-based treatment while helping improve long-term behavioral health outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Social Work. Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Experience providing behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.
