Job Description

Therapy Partners of North Texas is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and commitment to join our team as a full-time Physical Therapist in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Fort Worth, Texas. Our facility is spacious and well-equipped, and we pride ourselves on our dedication to our patients and providing the best care. Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions

Qualifications

Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program 0-5 Years of outpatient experience Functional exercise along with manual skills in a progressive mind set Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic A passion for physical therapy and patient care Outgoing and energetic personality. Most importantly – you need to have FUN while you work!

Additional Information

We offer: $80-85K base salary for new grads ($85-90K w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!) $85-92K base salary for experienced clinicians, based on experience level ($90-100K+ w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!) Requirements

Must be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program with 0-5 years of outpatient experience. Requires proficiency in functional exercise, manual skills, and strong communication abilities.
