Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Compass Health Network in Troy, Missouri.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
Join a newly established FQHC clinic opening in April 2026.
Practice in a structured, template-based outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities.
See approximately 15-20 patients per day with capped scheduling templates.
Receive administrative time once the panel reaches 200 patients per month.
Work with an engaged leadership team providing onboarding, mentorship, and clinical support.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $275,000 base salary. $10,000-$20,000 sign-on bonus.
Productivity and quality-based bonus structure.
Relocation assistance available.
Site visit travel covered.
