The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) plays a critical role in supporting healthcare teams by safely administering medications to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
This position ensures that patients receive their prescribed medications accurately and on time, contributing directly to their health and well-being.
The CMA is responsible for monitoring patients for any adverse reactions or side effects and reporting these promptly to nursing supervisors.
