How you’ll contribute
Conducts physical therapy assessments and develops treatment plans.
Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
Collaborates with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current PT license. CPR certification is required, and previous experience in a rehab setting is preferred.
