Provides psychosocial assessments and therapeutic clinical services in accordance with professional standards and requirements of licensing, regulatory and accrediting bodies. Develops and implements treatment plans, therapeutic and psychosocial activities. Documents both group and individual patient care intervention and outcomes in a timely manner.
License eligible required. LAC, LSW, LMFT required within 1 year of hire for Partial programs.
Wellness program therapist 1 must obtain certifications LPC.
LCSW or LMFT within 4 years of hire. Current BLS American Heart Association and Welle training preferred but required within introductory period.
