401(k) Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Overview: AIMS Locum Tenens is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse – Urology to provide specialized nursing support and patient care services within the Urology Clinic at Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The Registered Nurse will support physicians and healthcare teams in the treatment and management of patients with urologic conditions involving the kidneys, bladder, urinary tract, and reproductive systems.
This role includes patient assessment, outpatient nursing care, procedure assistance, patient education, medication administration, coordination of specialty referrals, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The RN will work closely with physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in accordance with DHA and military healthcare standards.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Education Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
Mandate Certification (Both through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Experience Minimum of two (2) years of outpatient clinic, emergency room, ICU, urgent care, surgical, or specialty nursing experience within the past three years preferred. Previous experience in urology, surgical specialties, or procedural outpatient clinics is highly desirable.
Must be able to successfully complete background investigations, credentialing, and installation access requirements for work on Nellis Air Force Base.
