What You'll Do
Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, dignified care.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Contribute to a positive, supportive community where everyone feels valued.
What We're Looking For
Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for serving older adults.
Basic computer skills for medication documentation and tracking.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
