As an Inpatient RN you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients during each shift. This role prioritizes and coordinates nursing interventions efficiently, ensuring the safe and effective use of time and resources while practicing within a standards‑based care framework.
