Market context

South Carolina RN roles stay competitive

Registered Nurse roles in South Carolina are commonly driven by ongoing patient care needs across hospitals, clinics, and home health settings. This type of position is competitive because employers often look for an unrestricted RN license, CPR certification, and experience in home health or clinical care, while benefits such as PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and weekly pay can help distinguish offers. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here, then confirm your license, TB test, and experience match before applying.
