Are you a licensed PT ready to leave behind the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists at all commitment levels — PRN, part-time, and full-time — to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Lakewood and Ocean County, NJ.
We're a home therapy practice built around a simple belief: clinicians do their best work when they have real autonomy. Our PTs set their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and have a dedicated admin team behind them handling the logistics. Whether you want a full caseload or just a few visits a week, we've built this role to fit your life — not the other way around.
