As a Locum MD, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical services, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position allows you to gain invaluable experience while contributing to the health and well-being of the community.
Provide patient care and treatment in accordance with established medical guidelines Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose medical conditions Develop and implement patient management plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Participate in on-call duties as needed Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans Stay current with medical advancements and ongoing education
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Current medical license to practice in the state of Massachusetts Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
Setting: Outpatient
Daily Volume: 12-14 patients
Additional MDs, APPs, pediatrician, OB/GYN, X-ray tech, etc.
EMR: RPMS
Any state license accepted
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
