Position Highlights Part-time schedule $35.00+ per hour depending on experience Brand new, modern senior living community Supportive leadership and collaborative team Meaningful work that makes a difference every day Opportunities for continued professional growth What You'll Do As our Wellness Nurse, you'll provide clinical oversight while ensuring residents receive exceptional nursing care and support.
Responsibilities include: Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents' health and overall well-being Observe, document, and communicate changes in resident condition Safely administer and document medications while following nursing best practices Provide guidance and clinical support to caregiving staff Assist with resident care planning and interdisciplinary team collaboration Work closely with physicians, therapists, dietitians, pharmacies, hospice providers, and other healthcare professionals Respond professionally to resident and family questions or concerns Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies Protect resident confidentiality and promote a safe, compassionate environment What We're Looking For Current LPN or RN license Knowledge of quality nursing practices and assisted living regulations Previous experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or skilled nursing is preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to lead and support caregivers while fostering teamwork Excellent communication and organizational abilities A genuine passion for serving seniors with compassion, respect, and professionalism Join a Growing Community Bridgewater continues to welcome new residents every month, creating exciting opportunities for dedicated healthcare professionals who want to grow alongside a thriving community.
