Compensation • Base rate starting

  • $34.30 - $45.90/hr based on experience.
  • Additional shift differentials added if working 2nd shift, 3rd shift, or weekends.

Position Summary

Responsible for delivering high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities RNs in our senior rehabilitation unit provide exceptional nursing care to elderly patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This role works closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal recovery and overall well-being.

Additional responsibilities include

  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Monitoring residents’ conditions and promptly responding to changes
  • Accurately documenting care, progress, and outcomes
  • Providing education and emotional support to residents and their families
  • Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and healing environment
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve quality of care
