As a Respiratory Therapist, you will help ensure the health and well-being of medically complex pediatric residents by delivering high-quality respiratory care in a warm, home-like setting. Responsibilities include: Assess respiratory status and develop appropriate treatment plans. Manage ventilator-dependent pediatric residents. Evaluate ventilator weaning and respiratory rehabilitation potential. Administer respiratory treatments and therapies. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation teams. Respiratory Therapist (RT) Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy required (Bachelor’s preferred) Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license RRT or CRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care Current CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification Must be at least 21 years of age Pediatric and ventilator experience preferred New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply Pediatric, ventilator, or long-term care experience preferred (but not required — we will support training) This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. Requires an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy, an active Pennsylvania license, and RRT or CRT credentials. CPR certification is mandatory, and experience with pediatric ventilators is preferred.
