About the role

Provide comprehensive reproductive and preventive healthcare services, including physical exams and contraceptive management. Oversee the Family Planning Nurse Practitioner and ensure compliance with federal and state grant requirements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Physician (MD) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive reproductive and preventive healthcare services while delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate is committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based medicine, patient education, and high-quality clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive reproductive and preventive healthcare services. Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide contraceptive management and preventive health screenings. Educate patients on health maintenance, wellness, and treatment options. Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. Provide clinical oversight to the Family Planning Nurse Practitioner under the Prescriptive Authority Agreement (PAA). Conduct clinical quality assurance activities, including provider chart audits. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state grant requirements. Assist in developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association (AMA). Licensure Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas. Valid Texas Driver's License. Experience Minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing as a physician in the United States. Preferred Skills Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic abilities. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Knowledge of reproductive health, preventive medicine, and family planning services. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Why Join Our Team?
