Schedule Typical Four 10-Hour Daylight Shifts Monday & Wednesday: Smethport Tuesday & Thursday: Shinglehouse Weekend & Holiday Rotation: Inpatient coverage What You'll Do Evaluate, treat, and support patients in achieving their mobility and rehabilitation goals (within scope of practice).
Develop or implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve function, reduce pain, and restore independence.
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the rehabilitation team.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Physical Therapist (PT) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
$35.22 - $52.18/hour Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility) in the practicing state.
