The Occupational Therapist creates and implements individualized treatment plans to help inpatient rehabilitation patients regain independence and daily function. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide direction to COTAs and students while maintaining accurate clinical records.

Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy, receiving applicable degree or certificate in occupational therapy course of study, with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
Possession of a NYS license or eligibility to be licensed as an occupational therapist.
CPR certification within first 3 months of employment.
Master’s
Degree: Clinical experience in a hospital-based setting.
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certified.
