The Hospice Staff RN provides a provision of nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDG) that is consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of HIA Hospice. All nursing care, as approved by patients’ primary physicians or the hospice medical director, including hospice referrals, patient admissions, physical assessments, symptom management and emotional support. This position is full-time, benefit eligible and will be based out of our Detroit Lakes office and serve the surrounding communities.
Requires a minimum of an RN degree and current licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota. Candidates need at least one year of hospital nursing experience or two years of general healthcare experience.
