Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life? Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative in-house rehabilitation team.

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

include:

  • Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
  • Provide skilled therapy interventions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
  • Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
