As a Home Care COTA, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide individualized occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
Responsibilities: include:
Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
