Lasata Senior Living Campus, owned and operated by Ozaukee County, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Our campus includes a 106-bed Care Center providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to older adults in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Available positions: 32 hours per week
6:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
PM
Shift: 2:15 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
$31.27 (based on experience)
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care to residents in accordance with accepted nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures. The LPN administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and supports the delivery of safe, compassionate, resident-centered care.

Candidates must hold a current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin and a current CPR certification. Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills are required, with long-term care experience preferred.
