Northwell Health is seeking a full‑time Primary Care Physician to join a brand-new location in Litchfield Crossings, New Milford, CT (85 miles from NYC and 14 miles north of Danbury), affiliated with New Milford Hospital in New Milford, CT.
The practice will provide one stop care for primary care, rheumatology, endocrinology, pulmonary and cardiology.
The location is newly renovated in a well-traveled area.
This is an opportunity to work with other PCPs in a collegial environment known for exceptional care and strong community relationships.
On-call is limited with nurse triage as first call.
Internal Medicine and Family Medicine candidates are encouraged to apply.
The practice will be limited to treating ages 18+.
