What this role looks like: Day-to-day you'll: Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together Maintain timely documentation in our EHR Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
