This role provides timely telephonic and electronic triage, assesses patient needs using evidence-based protocols, coordinates care with providers and the interdisciplinary team, and ensures safe, efficient navigation through treatment while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Candidates must hold an active RN license for the state of Wyoming and an Associate's degree in a related field. Experience with oncology patients and a Bachelor's degree are preferred, along with 2-4 years of experience.
