Market context

Occupational therapy demand remains steady in Massachusetts

Massachusetts schools and healthcare settings continue to need occupational therapists to support students and patients with functional, developmental, and recovery goals. These roles are competitive because employers often look for current state licensure, CPR certification, and strong experience-based judgment, with a master’s degree preferred in some postings.
