Compensation & incentives

Starting Pay

$17.00+ per hour (based on experience)

$500 Sign-On Bonus Available for eligible full-time new hires.

Clinical floor staff incentive program

Eligible CMAs, CNAs, and Charge Nurses can earn an additional $3.00 per hour worked each pay period.

To qualify, employees must

  • Maintain perfect attendance (no unscheduled absences)
  • Avoid unauthorized overtime
  • Take all required 30-minute unpaid meal breaks
  • Complete the Daily Advanced Entry Check-In
  • Stay current on HealthStream training
  • Park in designated employee parking areas
  • Have no corrective action during the previous 30 days

This incentive program is currently offered as a pilot and is evaluated monthly.

We currently have several full-time opportunities available.

  • 12-Hour Day Shift
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
  • 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

12-Hour Night Shift • Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday • 7

00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

What you'll do

As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll help ensure residents receive medications safely while supporting their overall health and comfort. Working alongside licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary care team, you'll contribute to a positive living environment where residents receive compassionate, individualized care.

Your responsibilities include

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations.
  • Accurately document medication administration and resident observations.
  • Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly to nursing staff.
  • Maintain medication carts, supplies, and work areas in a clean, secure, and organized manner.
  • Practice infection prevention and follow all medication safety protocols.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Support residents with dignity while using person-centered and dementia-sensitive care techniques.

What we're looking for

Qualified candidates will have

Current Oklahoma Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification.

High school diploma or GED.

Current CPR and First Aid certification (American Heart Association preferred).

Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

A dependable work ethic and a genuine passion for serving older adults.

Physical demands

This role requires the ability to

Assist residents with mobility and daily living activities.

Frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally assist with loads up to 100 pounds using proper equipment and assistance.

Remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Oklahoma Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification. Previous experience in senior living or memory care is preferred along with a strong work ethic.
