As an RN or LPN at Epworth Villa, you'll play an essential role in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team. In this position, you will:
Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and your scope of practice.
Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate clinical updates to the appropriate team members.
Support and collaborate with nursing assistants and other clinical staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
Maintain accurate documentation while helping implement individualized care plans.
Promote a safe, respectful environment that protects resident dignity, privacy, and well-being while following all applicable policies and standards.
