We are seeking a compassionate clinician to provide outpatient services to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This role includes facilitating IOP groups (in-person and telehealth) and delivering individual and group therapy while maintaining compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments, intakes, treatment planning, and discharge planning. Provide individual, group, and family therapy. Facilitate IOP groups Document all services in medical records systems. Coordinate care with courts, case managers, families, and referral sources. Participate in supervision, peer review, and staff meetings. Meet productivity expectations (1280 annual billable hours, prorated). QualificationsQualifications Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field (Required). Experience with mental health, addiction, or co-occurring disorders (Preferred).
