- Summary: JOB SUMMARY Performs duties of patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse to help provide the psychological, emotional and physical care and support required by each patient. . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Carries out procedures under supervision of Registered Nurse including special precautions, Handle with Care skills and seclusion and restraint correctly and safely.
- Documents all pertinent clinical information on a daily basis, including all unusual incidents.
- Completes documentation for Seclusion/Restraint and Special Precautions accurately.
