About the role

The RN provides person-centered, recovery-focused services and manages the medication system, including preparing oral medications and administering injectables. Daily duties include screening patients for medical problems, health education, and participating in a 24/7 crisis management rotation.

At Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC), our mission is “to improve the lives we serve with comprehensive integrated health services, not bound by convention.” We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Lumberton, NC, to support our assertive community treatment (ACTT) team and help others in getting a second chance.

Your impact on the team’s mission

The RN on the ACTT at SEIC provides person-centered services that are individualized and recovery focused to promote the development of wellness and support personal recovery in clients on their journey. The RN manages the medication system alongside the care team preparing oral medications for delivery and administering prescribed injectables.

Some of the daily activities you would do as the ACT RN are

Screening and monitoring individuals for medical problems and side-effects.

Health promotion, prevention, and education activities.

Participating in the 24/7 crisis management rotation.

Attending the daily morning meeting, daily documentation, and team collaboration.

Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns is necessary.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate's degree and a current North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required for daily travel.
