Provide direct care to residents including bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals. Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and assist nursing staff with treatments and examinations.

Answer calls for care to determine resident needs.
Bathe, dress and/or undress residents.
Serve and collect food trays, confirm diet orders, assist with meal time.
Transport residents to and from dining room.
Perform limited nursing procedures as outlined with proper instruction and supervision.
Take and records vital signs, measure and records intake and output, collect specimens, other tasks.
Assist staff nurses in giving treatments and examinations.
