We are looking for a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
$35.68 per hour plus 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.
Full and Part-Time; Day, Evening and Night Shifts available.
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery of care to residents according to established plans of care and under the supervision of the professional registered nurse. This is an 1199 SEIU Position.
Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
Regular rounding on nursing units.
Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
