We are seeking a dependable and compassionate On-Call HHA/STNA to support clients in their homes. This position offers a flat hourly rate while on call, plus an additional hourly rate for any shifts you are sent out to work.
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors Follow client-specific care plans and documentation procedures Transport clients when necessary Comfortable working with pets
Current HHA/STNA certification required Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or related field Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Hoyer lift experience is a plus Must be able to assist with client transfers Compensation and Benefits:
