Description Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. needs a licensed nurse for a part-time position in an Medically Assisted Treatment program, Operation Recovery, located in Price, Utah.
Must have valid Utah LPN or RN license.
Hours are early mornings (approximately 5:30 am to 11:00 am) with some flexibility in scheduling and rotating weekends.
Looking for availability 3-4 days/week.
