About the role

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Orthopedic, Neurology & Pain Management Glendale, AZ | Monday–Friday | $130,000–$180,000 Base + Bonus A stable, well-known specialty clinic in Glendale is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Orthopedic, Neurology, and Pain Management team.

This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday–Friday outpatient role with strong earning potential, excellent clinicians, experienced support staff, and exposure to a high-demand specialty patient population.

Compensation includes a $130,000–$180,000 base salary plus bonus potential, with some providers earning $200,000+ annually.

This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2–3 years of orthopedic, neurology, pain management, spine, PM&R, urgent care, primary care, or related APP experience are preferred.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and sick time 401(k) Malpractice coverage License reimbursement CME stipend Additional benefits available What You’ll Do Provide outpatient care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, spine, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment plan reviews Assist with management of acute and chronic pain conditions Review imaging, diagnostic testing, and clinical findings Support non-operative orthopedic and spine care Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, procedures, and follow-up care Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support continuity of care in a team-based specialty clinic setting What We’re Looking For Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States NP or PA certification, as applicable Interest in orthopedic, neurology, spine, and pain management care Strong communication and patient care skills New graduates welcome 2–3 years of relevant APP experience preferred Why This Role Is Worth a Look This is a strong fit for a provider who wants to move beyond traditional primary care into a specialty-focused outpatient role with strong compensation, excellent support, and meaningful patient impact.
