Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an ICU patient population according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a patient or assigned group, with ongoing monitoring and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient response, and address adverse events as they arise.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, delegating tasks appropriately under supervision.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and other disciplines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active California RN license (current)
• ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12)
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for 13 weeks starting 08/03/2026
