• LPN serves to assess and coordinate the care of patients referred for Mental Health Services.
• They review referral information, determine the appropriateness of services, and facilitate the connection between patients and the most appropriate facilities or treatment programs.
• This role is crucial in ensuring patients receive timely and effective care tailored to their specific behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION Nursing Degree, preferred Bachelors or Masters LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Licensed LPN in current State or compact license Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
