About the role

The LPN assesses and coordinates care for patients referred for mental health services by reviewing referral information and determining appropriate treatment levels. They collaborate with RNs to facilitate connections between patients and the most suitable facilities or programs.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION Nursing Degree, preferred Bachelors or Masters LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Licensed LPN in current State or compact license Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.) Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state or compact license and CPR certification. A nursing degree (Bachelors or Masters preferred) and 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health are desired.
