What You'll Do Deliver outstanding preventive and periodontal care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, screenings, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.

Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations that improve long-term outcomes.

Partner closely with doctors and the dental team to provide seamless, patient-focused care.

What You'll Bring Current Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin).

Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!) A current CPR certification

Requirements

Must hold a current Dental Hygienist license (or be eligible for Wisconsin licensure) and a current CPR certification. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
