Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Primary Therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients experiencing a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges.
The ideal candidate is a fully licensed clinician who is proactive, collaborative, and experienced in working with interdisciplinary treatment teams. Candidates should have experience providing Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH) services, facilitating group therapy, and be available to work weekends and one evening each week based on program needs.
