The Therapist provides direct clinical services within Des Moines Wellness' Virtual Outpatient Program (Outpatient level of care), including intake assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and ongoing progress monitoring. All services are delivered via telehealth, with documentation completed in Kipu EMR.
The Therapist is responsible for timely assessments, effective treatment planning, strong clinical communication, accurate documentation, and appropriate patient follow-through throughout the course of treatment.
