As an RN or LPN in our Pain Management department, you will work with patients managing both chronic and acute pain, supporting providers with in-office procedures and injections. This role offers exposure to a variety of patient needs, clinical techniques, and interdisciplinary care coordination, providing a challenging and highly rewarding work experience. This position is ideal for nurses with extraordinary attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex care plans while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will grow your procedural skills, patient education expertise, and clinical judgment in a supportive, collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities Assist providers with in-clinic procedures, including injections, nerve blocks, and other pain interventions, ensuring precision and patient safety. Provide thorough patient education on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle strategies to help patients manage pain effectively. Coordinate care across departments and external providers to maintain seamless treatment plans. Monitor patients closely for changes in condition, documenting findings accurately and reporting to providers in a timely manner. Maintain meticulous and compliant patient records, following all protocols. Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in supporting patient care and troubleshooting clinical challenges. Qualifications
